There's been a lot of fuss in the news about Ken (Barbie's Ex) getting a makeover. So many people have called him gay but that's unfair. We need to find the idiots who have been dressing him up in outfits that would make the Village People back off. Is Mattel into losing money? Are gay designers trying to push their agenda or are straight designers trying to screw the company?
My suggestion is to just dress Ken up in some regular jeans and maybe an AC/DC shirt. And please give the poor guy genetalia! Seriously, Ken needs to have some hint of a wang. Why? Because it's confusing the hell out of little girls and it just lends itself to the gay rumors.
And just one last thing, is there a way to make a guy doll's plastic hair not look gay? And how about one last thing. Just so no one thinks anyone is against gays, why not make one character "openly gay". That doesn't mean flaming/over the top, just gay. I think that would satisfy everyone but the Christian right but then again, nothing satisfies them.
